A workshop titled "Service Quality and the Impact of A.I. Use" will take place on June 18 at ICMET's headquarters.

Based on input from registered presenters, we have drafted the preliminary schedule below:

4:10–4:20 p.m.: Participants gather in the building lobby at the entrance;

4:20–4:30 p.m.: Icebreaker (Introduction of participants, including new members of the Circle); 

Introduction of participants, including new members of the Circle

4:30–5:30 p.m. – Presentations in the following order:

a) Traian Crișu: "Me and the A.I.";

b) Ionuț Ascunseanu and Ion Marian: "Using A.I. in a Company's Operations";

c) Radu Zlatian: "Systems engineering. Risks of technical systems";

d) Dumitru Sacerdoțianu: "Management of Li-ion batteries using computational methods of artificial intelligence";

5:30 p.m. Discussion;

5:45 p.m. — Conclusions and closing.
