Compressed air shock unblocking technology

Unblocking/cleaning of the bunkers and bins from cement and construction material industry, mining industry, thermal power plants etc and assurance of the technological processes continuity are carried out in a modern manner, using supersonic shocks of compressed air.
The unblocking technology is mainly conditioned by:

geometrical shape and dimensions of the bunker/bin;

quality of the material from which the bunker/ bin is made;

nature and physical-chemical properties of the stored/conveyed bulk material;

environmental conditions;

technical characteristics of the pneumatic shock generating equipment (cannons; micro-cannons; pneumatic guns)

Characteristics of the pneumatic shocks unblocking technology:

Mechanical shock waves produced at shooting with shock generators (cannons, micro-cannons and pneumatic guns) cause moderated stresses on the bunker/bin constructions.
The technology can be applied also in special areas, with temperatures up to +1200°C
Operating pressure: 4 - 10 bar
Minimum impact force produced in shock generators

- air-cannons 7 - 9 kN
- micro air-cannons 200 - 500 N
- pneumatic guns 120 - 500 N

The discharge is approximately instantaneous; 0.02 - 0.07 s
The effectiveness area in the direction of the discharging barrel;

- 2 - 6 m for air cannons
- 0.5 - 2 m for micro-cannons and pneumatic guns
